Acadia’s top female swimmer at this past weekend's AUS championship hosted by Dalhousie was second-year butterfly specialist Kelsea Vessey. From Orleans, Ont., Vessey finished the AUS championship weekend with one gold, two silver and one bronze medal. Vessey topped the standings in the 200m butterfly and captured silver in the 50m and 100m butterfly. She added an 800m bronze medal win to her weekend performance.

Honourable Mention: Jayda Veinot scoring 41 points against the visiting Cape Breton Capers, tying the Acadia record for most points scored in a single game set by Paloma Anderson.
