    (HALIFAX, N.S.) - Atlantic University Sport is pleased to announce the 2017-18 AUS men's basketball all-stars and major award winners as selected by the conference's eight head coaches following regular season play. Acadia's Erik Nissen was named the AUS Defensive Player of the Year. Nissen and teammate Ben Miller both were honoured as AUS All-Stars.

    WOLFVILLE, N.S. - In their final home game of the season, the Dalhousie Tigers hosted the Acadia Axemen in a battle for AUS standings. The Axemen combined lights-out shooting with tough defence in the first quarter and were able to hold a lead throughout to take the 75-63 win.
