    QUEBEC CITY (U SPORTS) – Montreal outside hitter Marie-Alex Bélanger was honoured with the Mary Lyons Award as U SPORTS women’s volleyball Player of the Year. Acadia's Lucy Glen-Carter was named to the U SPORTS All-Rookie Team.

    ST. JOHN'S, NL - he AUS Women's Volleyball Championship game matched the first place Dalhousie Tigers against the third place Acadia Axewoman. While the Tigers finished the season with a 19-1 record it was the Axewomen that handed the tigers their single loss of the season.

Acadia's Michelle Wood was named the AUS Coach of the Year, while four Axewomen were named to the All-Star squads.
