U SPORTS Top Ten & All-Canadian Preseason choices of College Football America Yearbook
Three players from the Acadia Axemen and three players from defending U SPORTS champion Laval have been named to the 2019 College Football America Yearbook U SPORTS Preseason Starting Lineup, CFAY’s version of a preseason All-Canada team.

Fifteen U SPORTS programs had at least one selection.
Laval, which won its 10th Vanier Cup last November, placed OL Ketel Asse, C Samuel Lefebvre and LB Adam Auclair on the team.
Last year's Hec Crighton Award winner, Calgary QB Adam Sinagra, is one of four Dinos on the team.
Sinagra set the record for passing yards in Canada West last season and figures to lead the Dinos in a challenge to Laval's supremacy in 2019.
The Axemen had 2017 AUS MVP Dale Wright was named to the preseason All-Canadian squad along with senior receiver Cordell Hastings and junior defensive lineman Anderson Recker.
Also added to the preseason choices of All-Canadians, the College Football America Yearbook also announced their choices in their preseason Top Ten.
The Laval Rouge et Or, the defending U SPORTS national champion, is No. 1 in the College Football America Yearbook 2019 U Sports preseason Top 10.
Laval, which claimed its 10th national title last fall, returns a trio of CFAY Preseason Starting Lineup selections in OL Ketel Asse, OL Samuel Lefebvre and LB Adam Auclair.
Calgary is No. 2, led by returning Hec Crighton Award winner and QB Adam Sinagra.
The Axemen, who return six of nine AUS All-Stars and finished last season with a 5-3 record, were ranked tenth in the Top Ten rankings.
The 2019 College Football America Yearbook features more than 930 college football teams from the United States and Canada in more than 250 striking, full-color pages. That includes every team from the NCAA (FBS, FCS, Division II and Division III), NAIA, NJCAA, CCCAA and U SPORTS (Canada). It also includes updates on club football, one-year postgraduate prep/sports academies and Mexican college football, along with dozens of action shots and stadium photos taken by the CFAY staff.
