Bio

Serving with the team since 2021, Sarah brings extensive experience and knowledge of the program that was forged during her time as an Axewoman player from 2013 to 2020, where she co-captained the team for her final three years.  

A decorated athlete, Sarah was named an AUS All-Star Front Row player in 2018 and 2019 and recognized nationally as a U-Sports First Team All-Canadian Front Row player in 2018 . Sarah was also a key member of the 2015 squad that clinched Acadia's first-ever AUS Women's Rugby Championship.  Beyond Acadia, Sarah champions the sport's development, coaching a local high school women's rugby program and the Nova Scotia Keltics U15 Women's team (2022-2023), guided by her person-first coaching philosophy.
