Lemay-Evans named AUS first team all-star for third straight season
Acadia Axewomen outside hitter Alexia Lemay-Evans has been named an Atlantic University Sport (AUS) women’s volleyball first team all-star for the 2025-26 season, the conference announced Wednesday ahead of postseason play beginning this weekend.
It marks the third consecutive season Lemay-Evans has earned first team all-star honours, continuing her run as one of the conference’s most consistent and dynamic performers.
The fourth-year standout led Acadia in several key offensive categories while ranking among the top players in the AUS.
Lemay-Evans finished second in the conference in points per set at 3.8, while also ranking second in both total kills and kills per set with 265 and 3.40 respectively — all team highs.
She contributed at the net as well, recording 14 solo blocks and 14 block assists for a 0.44 blocks-per-set average, which ranked third on the Axewomen and among the top 20 in the AUS.
Defensively, Lemay-Evans tied for 12th in the conference with 176 digs to lead Acadia, showcasing her all-around impact on both sides of the ball. She also added 11 service aces on the season.
