WOLFVILLE, N.S. - The CIS No. 3 ranked Acadia Axeman posted an impressive 4-1 victory over the No. 2 UNB Varsity Reds, improving their record 18-4-2 and moving into a tie for first place in the AUS standings with the V-Reds who have a game in hand.
HALIFAX, NS - Hockey fans at the Halifax Forum fans were treated to great AUS hockey action, that saw the #7 CIS Saint Mary's Huskies top the #3 Acadia Axemen 4-3 in overtime.
WOLFVILLE, N.S. - The AUS second place Acadia Axemen delivered their second win in a row with a 4-2 victory over the UPEI Panthers, who drop to 9-10-2 and remain in a fight for a playoff spot sitting in fifth place - four points ahead of Moncton.
